Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year Depending on experience

Position Overview:
The Director of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s construction strategy, managing project teams, and driving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the construction division, overseeing multiple ground-up projects across various sectors.

Develop and implement construction strategies to support company growth and profitability.

Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.

Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers and field teams to enhance overall performance.

Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Oversee cost control measures, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation in construction processes.
Qualifications:

10 years of experience of working at a General Contractor

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, or data center projects up to $50M or more.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset.

Expertise in construction budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
