We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects for our commercial work over $10M in size. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all project phases, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction project management, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules, outlining all phases of the construction process.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring that projects remain on or under budget.
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices, track expenses, and provide cost control solutions.

Team Management and Supervision:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with GCs and field supervisors to ensure project tasks are completed in accordance with project schedules.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Monitor project progress to ensure it aligns with quality standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
- Perform site visits to assess work quality, resolve issues, and ensure that work is completed safely and per contract specifications.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring that they are kept informed about project status, milestones, and any potential delays.
- Handle client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:
- Identify potential risks and issues early, creating proactive strategies for risk mitigation.
- Address and resolve conflicts or delays that arise, ensuring the project remains on track.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular status reports for senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects over $10M in size
- Experience with educational, data center, healthcare, office, and/or municipal projects preferred
Compensation:
- 95-135K base salary depending on experience
