About Us:
We are an established and growing construction company focused on underground utility projects throughout the DC area involving gas, electrical, and water. We are looking for a Project Manager with similar experience.
Position Overview:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Review and interpret project plans, contracts, and specifications.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.

Conduct project closeouts and post-construction evaluations.
Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with underground utility projects

Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully.
