Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively communicating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client and company objectives.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, providing transparent updates.

Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.

Qualifications:
