Description:
We are a top ENR General Contractor seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards across our projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure BIM technologies and workflows are effectively leveraged to optimize project delivery, design quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
- Lead the implementation of BIM processes on projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Train and mentor project teams and staff on BIM tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of project data.
- Provide technical support for BIM software and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Manage and update BIM models and associated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance performance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement BIM-related improvements that add value to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in BIM management within architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or other relevant credentials are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
