The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil construction projects, ensuring competitive and profitable bidding. This individual will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop budgets, assess project risks, and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment

Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate bids.

Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements, constraints, and opportunities.

Identify and analyze project risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential impacts.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.

Lead bid reviews and presentations with management and clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market conditions, and cost trends.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and team members.

4 years of experience of estimating civil construction projects (commercial site utility or heavy civil projects)
