Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee vendor and contractor management, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage property budgets, including forecasting income, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ownership, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Ensure timely rent collection, lease administration, and tenant billing.

Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the tenant experience.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordination of space preparation and documentation.

Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior property management staff.
- Collaborate with leasing, accounting, and maintenance teams to achieve property and portfolio objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to property operations, including insurance, safety, and environmental factors.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in commercial property management
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM are preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80-90K annually depending on experience
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based annual bonus.
