What You’ll Do:
✔ Apply and track customer payments
✔ Investigate discrepancies & resolve issues
✔ Maintain clean, organized accounts
✔ Collaborate with teams & customers
✔ Handle outstanding payments & collections
✔ Assist at the sales counter as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1-3 years of AR or related experience (construction industry a plus!)
✔ Excel skills & general accounting knowledge
✔ Strong communication & organizational abilities
✔ Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
✔ Willingness to provide great customer service at the counter when needed
