Position Overview:The Team Lead: Critical and Unique Contributions supports yard operations and inventory management by ensuring materials are accurately tracked, organized, and safely handled. This role includes keyholder responsibilities, overseeing the secure opening and closing of the store. The Team Lead collaborates with dispatchers and other team members to maintain an efficient and well-organized yard, delivering building materials safely to customers.

1.Be adaptable and open to assisting with additional tasks as assigned to support the evolving needs of the door shop department and contribute to company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma preferred, but not required.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in inventory control, logistics, or yard operations preferred.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hand trucks, forklifts, and basic inventory software systems.
- Knowledge of building materials and related products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment.
