We are seeking an experienced Critical Power Field Service Regional Supervisor to lead our field service team in delivering exceptional maintenance and support for critical power systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational excellence in high-stakes environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of field service technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Service Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical power systems, including UPS, PDU, STS, Battery Monitoring, and related equipment.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Conduct regular audits of service operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues. Lead major repairs or installations as necessary.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Work with Shared Services to manage service schedules, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory management. Prepare and present regular reports to upper management.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Manage the regional calibrations and PPE programs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field service within the critical power industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, UPS systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, electrical licenses) are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing high-pressure situations.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-call rotations as needed.
