BE a part of our team:
We are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Support Admin to join our team. This role will work with our sales team to assist in their quoting efforts, identify potential sales opportunities and help drive growth for the company. The Inside Sales Support Admin will determine how to best utilize available resources, address any changes necessary to meet customer needs while assisting the sales team.
What you will do:
- Assist the sales team in creating quotes for projects through to work completion
- Manage the sales cycle in CRM
- Work with DOSO’s to ensure sold jobs are accurately scheduled and executed
- Serve as the face of the Company to inside and outside customers and specify actions necessary for customer growth and maintenance
- Handling and resolving customer issues regarding a product or service
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics
- Identifying opportunities to sell additional services
- Vendor PO management from creation to closing
- Product ordering and management
- New customer onboarding/customer account management
- Logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with sales quoting
- Ability to manage projects from quoting through completion
- Hands on experience with CRM software

While this position is primarily remote, you may need to report to our Cincinnati area office occassionally for training. Therefore, candidates residing in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana are given preference.
