Zawada Insurance Agency is a family owned and operated independent insurance agency that represents many insurance companies. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency.
Our ideal candidate:
- Candidates with their Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses are preferred. However, we can help a qualified candidate get their license upon joining the agency.
- This will be a front office position.
- We're looking for someone with an inviting personality that can communicate well in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Able to multitask and handle stressful busy days of work.

What would you do?
- Help support walk-in customers.
- Answer the phone and provide clear answers to client's questions.
- Process customer payments and discuss payment matters with customers.
- Ensure that policy transactions are issued and processed accurately in a timely manner.

Schedule:
Schedule will be flexible. Our weekly office hours are below:
Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
