As an AGM at Zaxby’s, you’ll play a key role in daily operations, coaching team members, and driving results — all while working 2–3 dinner shifts per week to ensure smooth evening operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Provide hands-on leadership during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and team success
- Oversee inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support financial performance by controlling labor and food costs
- Lead by example to create a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Step in as acting GM when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment (QSR experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2–3 dinner shifts per week and rotating weekends
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside your team
- High standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
