Additional eligibility requirements
Duties and Responsibilities :
Complete all training requirements including Assistant Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed expectations.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for team members.
Create effective work schedules in line with company standards.
Delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve their highest potential.
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
Address and report performance concerns to the General Manager.
Assist with performance reviews and develop the team.
Promote a positive work culture and team morale.
Handle guest and team member complaints respectfully and promptly.
Follow all processes, policies, and operating procedures.
Strictly adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
Keep accurate records using management tools.
Maintain a flexible attitude in the workplace.
Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines.
Report HR concerns to the General Manager and District Manager.
Perform other duties as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Job Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Open availability with the ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, totaling 32 to 48 hours.
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of a background check.
Demonstrated leadership skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity for cooperative engagement with others.
1-3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.
Capability Requirements :
Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing; including use of ladders.
Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
Ability to observe and respond to the environment.
Work in varying temperature conditions and manage exposure to food allergens.
