Position Overview
Cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests and are directly responsible for delivering a great experience. You will take orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other guest areas clean, and provide excellent service to our guests by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency.
Job Qualifications
The following requirements must be met:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must bring a bright and energetic approach to work.
- Maintain a mindset of constant improvement and must be eager to learn.
- Be able to work 12-40 hours per week.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Capabilities Requirement
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role.
- Must be able to explain menu items, answer questions and suggest additional items.
- Accept payments and operate cash registers.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Clean and maintain guest areas including the dining room, counters, bathrooms and building exterior.
- Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs.
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages.
- Required to execute the role both indoors and outdoors.
