Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Manage multiple employees efficiently, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process payments using the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and restaurant policies.
- Uphold food safety and handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manager in a restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with food service management principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership skills to manage several crew at a time effectively and assist in staff training as needed.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
