Key Responsibilities :
Complete all required training including the Zaxby’s General Manager Development Plan.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences and uphold our service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
Manage staffing by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing top talent.
Create effective work schedules to optimize sales and labor costs.
Foster a positive culture and high team morale through guidance and leadership.
Drive profitability through sales growth, cost management, and compliance with brand standards.
Review performance metrics and devise action plans to enhance restaurant operations.
Handle guest and team member concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
Job Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Background check and motor vehicle report required.
3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously.
Occasionally stoop, bend, or climb.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing.
Work in diverse temperature environments and manage food allergens.
