What are the responsibilities and job description for the Zaxby's Restaurant Team Member position at Zaxby's?
We are currently looking for team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic Team Members to join our Zaxby's family.
Team members will be given the opportunity to work in various fast-paced positions throughout the entire
restaurant which includes, but is not limited to, interacting with guests, taking orders, preparing & cooking food
and cleaning/maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Zaxby’s Front of House or Back of House Development Plan – online & hands-on training
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
- Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Assist with the preparation of food
- Maintain awareness of current promotions
- Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
- Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand
- Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
- Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
- Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
- Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
- Clean & maintain guest and work areas
- Maintain equipment and informed management of maintenance needs
- Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
- Other work assigned
