The Zaxbys Support Center is looking for a Sr. Manager, Loyalty & CRM to join the Loyalty CRM & Personalization team as our next digital leader. This position is based in Atlanta, GA area and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Zax Rewardz loyalty program, including standing up new program features and functionality.
- Evolve our loyalty program by identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention to support our overall program growth through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.
- Manage the ongoing offer strategy, execution, and performance reporting, in addition to overseeing the successful development of all loyalty marketing campaigns.
- Oversee 1-2 employees focused on delivering against our program goals across our owned channels.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience building and managing a rewards or customer loyalty program from the ground up.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, CDP, and other MarTech tools; proficiency in Punchh & Braze is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing CRM and loyalty strategies that drove customer retention, loyalty, and sales growth.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to highest quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with a creative and/or product team to develop assets that meet brand standards.
- A constant learner, with deep knowledge of the current best practices in Loyalty & CRM.
- Creative thinker, experience working with agencies preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar discipline
- Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer loyalty, retention, and lifecycle marketing; previous experience in retail or QSR industry strongly preferred

PAY RANGE:
$100,000 - $132,000
Salary : $100,000 - $132,000
