Responsibilities

Performance Management :

Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategy.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and lead training, communications and processes throughout the year to help our team reach peak performance.

Drive enhancements to the performance review, calibration, goal setting and continuous feedback frameworks while identifying areas for automation, simplification and efficiency improvements.

Implement data-driven solutions to enhance the reporting and analyzing of key data points and insights, providing regular updates and summaries throughout the process.

Lead the optimization of the Workday Performance and Talent module.

Learning and Career Development :

Support Zayo’s Identity and culture by living our values and integrating into training and development.

Design and facilitate blended learning solutions, including virtual, in-person, hybrid, and video-recorded training, micro-learnings, job aides, and discussion sessions.

Lead the design and training for the Leadership Essentials (processes and procedures) section of Zayo’s Leadership Journey, utilizing subject matter experts and executive guest speakers as appropriate.

Assist in the creation of internal career paths, skill pathing; help to identify high potential individuals and support needed to engage and retain talent.

Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives, recommend changes as appropriate, report on training effectiveness and progress regularly and provide insights and reporting to HR and business leaders.

Lead the optimization of Workday Learning module and LinkedIn Learning and help identify and resolve issues; work across functional areas on adoption and engagement.

Create communication plan for each initiative.

Collaborate with People & Culture team, Subject Matter Experts, and Stakeholders on training initiatives.

Administers 360 assessments for participants.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in training / learning and development, human resources, organization development or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development or a related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of education required.

Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, feedback methodologies, and leadership enablement.

Experience optimizing processes and leveraging technology.

Proficiency in using Workday for performance and learning management preferred.

Proficiency in Google and MS Office suite of tools required.

Ability to design and produce high quality, interactive and engaging training materials and facilitate to small and large groups.

Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels.

Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and assess talent development needs and design and deliver programs and content.

Demonstrated project and program management experience : organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks / projects on track.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling routine and non-routine situations.

Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and resolve issues quickly while dealing with variable dynamic situations.

Strong critical thinking, adaptability to change, analytical, strategic, collaborative, and project management skills.

Experience with data collection and analytics.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to listen well, communicate, build relationships, and manage well at all levels of the organization and with external vendors.

Estimated base pay range : $66,500 - $95,000 USD / annually

Hybrid

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
