Role: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking full-time Cannabis Dispensary Supervisors to lead the dispensary staff through day-to-day operational processes and procedures. This role is responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture in ZazaGreen’s dispensaries. The Dispensary Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations and handling the needs of the customers as well as staff members.

Available positions range from 30-40 hours per week, evenings and weekends are required. We believe that skills can be taught, so candidates with positive attitude who are willing to learn, and grow are welcome to apply.

· Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in compliance with company policies and Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations.

Essential job functions include, but not limited to:

· All aspects of dispensary operations including, managing, shift staff management, compliance, sales, wholesale delivery acceptance, product knowledge, and security related tasks.

• Control and manage break/meal schedules and position assignments for the team.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling including accurately processing payments, discount application and cash maintenance.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Ensuring accuracy within the vault.
• Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) assigned tasks during scheduled shift.
• Ability to exercise independent, sound judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to and uphold all Security measures and safety compliance put in place.

· Inventory oversight and management.

· Creating catalogs for new products in Dutchie Backoffice.

· State’s compliance software system – Metrc related functions.

· Quality control, auditing of inventory and cash deposits, compliance.

· Daily sales reporting and cash management.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

· Promote a positive and supportive company culture.

· Acting as a knowledgeable and helpful guide to assist customers in selecting the products their choosing.

· Fulfilling in person and online orders.

· Operating cash register, counting and preparing cash drops when appropriate.

· Cleaning surrounding areas and dispensary as needed.

Qualifications & experience:

· Applicants must at least 21 years old to apply.

· Must be willing to participate in a criminal background verification (iCORI) in accordance with the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).

· Cannabis Dispensary Agent Registration (from the CCC).

• Must be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback.

· A combination of two or more years of experience as a supervisor in cannabis, retail or hospitality sector, and a combination of some education and experience will be considered.

· Proficient with compliance platforms (Dutchie), inventory tracking, as well as marketing software.

· Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) candidates will be preferred.

· Cannabis industry experience is strongly desired.

· Previous customer service experience in the retail and/or hospitality industry is preferred.

· Advanced math skills, including adding and substruction, and critical thinking is required.

· Ability to resolve complaints/concerns or issues in a professional manner.

· Flexibility with work schedule during evenings and weekends is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand and walk for 8 hour shifts.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Busy retail environment with moderate noise level.

· Ability to multi-task, answer calls and speak with customers, etc.
