As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Train and supervise junior staff members as required, fostering a positive team environment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles, with knowledge of mixology techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
- Experience in catering or hotel settings is a plus.
