A Client Service Representative is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls from our customers
- Possess interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Understand clients’ needs and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
- Demonstrate the ability to handle and resolve complaints;
- Update CRM with inquiries and resolutions
- Have a good knowledge of ZBS products and services thoroughly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a team environment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of computer experience using word and Excel is a plus
- Restaurant / Customer Service Experience is a plus
- Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
- Strong communication with management including CRM updates on the progress
