Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual individual who is able to hold conversation in English and Chinese. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through exceptional service and effective communication. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Associate will also be responsible for supporting outside sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the retail environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance sales.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Responding to calls from sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers and installer to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Prepare design diagrams where needed.
- Support inventory management by maintaining product displays and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Keep showroom clean and orderly.
- Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Support office management with various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and accuracy and take proactive measures to protect against warehouse losses
Qualifications
- Bilingual, able to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
