Technical Support Representative (Swainsboro, GA)
ZCorum is looking for entry level Technical Support Representatives. This position affords a great opportunity to learn technical and customer service skills and provides an excellent opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Comprehensive training is included.
Responsibilities include:- Helping internet customers over the phone with their internet connection
- Educating customers on the use of internet services, web browsers, email applications, etc.
- Accurately entering information in our ticketing system related to support calls taken
- Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule.
- The ability to speak clearly over the phone.
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Basic typing skills.
- The ability to quickly learn new concepts.
Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
