Double Digit High Growth Private 3PL Non Asset Base Truck Load Provider is seeking Carrier Sales Team Lead for their high growth company. This position will help develop, manage and train a team of Carrier Sales Representatives. Team size up to 8 employees. This is 1 of 3 Team Lead positions. This person will make sure that their team is providing outstanding service to all of their customers. Their group is responsible for finding carrier capacity, problem solving and providing daily solutions to their customers. Reports to Carrier Sales Manager. - HS Diploma required, AA or BS/BA degree preferred
- Must have managed a team of 3 employees with demonstrated leadership skills in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Servant leadership, employee development and coaching, strong communication skills
- Sense of urgency, customer-focused, problem solving, critical thinking skills
- Competitive compensation: $60 - $80k base, plus bonus potential, good employee benefits, relocation assistance provided if needed
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
