$60M Division of Manufacturing Company seeking talented US Operations Controller for 3 facilities in the Midwest. Would be responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, legal, controllership, commercial analysis and information technology. Will manage a team of 4 direct and total 6 employees. - BS Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 10 years experience on progressive roles in a manufacturing environment with 4 years of management experience
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, analytical skills, ability to partner with the General Management
- Must have cash management and budgeting experience
- Hard goods manufacturing experience, a plus
- CPA, preferred
- Compensation: $130k - 150k base, bonus and other benefits
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
