- BS / BA degree
- Must have 5 years demonstrated Outside Sales experience developing a book of business in the non asset based 3PL TL customers.
- Must have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Must be strong hunter, detailed oriented, results and goal driven
