Zealander Industries Incorporated is looking for a Office Administrator to join our team!
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and oversight of all office activities. This position will ensure that the office is organized and clean. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for clearly communicating workflows with the warehouse, ensuring the warehouse has supplies and equipment necessary to carry out daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for overall performance and management of the office operation.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Fill in for warehouse staff receiving, unloading, moving and loading merchandise, prepares orders as required by demand reports.
- Help manage minimum/ maximum inventory levels.
- Maintains work area in a safe and proper manner; reports any unsafe and/ or hazardous conditions.
- Use Fishbowl Inventory software to manage products, assign barcoding, track inventory, etc.
- Communicate clearly with employees/ customers.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Experience:
- Similar office experience preferred.
- Computer skills. E.g. Outlook emailing, excel, etc.
- Fishbowl Inventory software experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
- Organizational skills, good attitude, and a sense of urgency.
- Strong knowledge of office/ warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Effective and respectful inter personal skills.
- Experience with order fulfillment, etc. preferred but not required if you do not have prior experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
