About the Role:
We're seeking a visionary Quantum Cryptography & Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team and spearhead advancements in cutting-edge cryptographic technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Quantum Cryptography, Post-Quantum Computing, and Post-Quantum Encryption.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Quantum Information Theory, Quantum Cryptanalysis, and Quantum-based AI applications.
- Identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Blockchain in financial contexts.
- Solve complex cybersecurity challenges related to SSL/TLS, IPSec, SSH, VPNs, PKI, and more.
- Monitor and manage all PKI-related activities and environments, collaborating with both internal and external Certificate Authorities (CAs) and Registration Authorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to architecture teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like GDPR, DORA, Schrems II, SOX, and GLBA, while staying updated on evolving standards.
- Oversee the daily operation of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), cryptographic technologies, and Key Management practices in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for technical issues and employee training.
- Apply knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE, and PCI-DSS to optimize cybersecurity strategies.
- Respond to risk assessments and audits, ensuring robust data security measures.
- Provide engineering, design, and life-cycle support for certificate, key management, and encryption-related needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, architecture design, cryptography, or quantum computing.
- Working knowledge of IT control frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with global Financial Services security ecosystems (preferred).
- Strong expertise in cryptographic protocols and Quantum Computing applications.
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, Google Cloud Platform Security Engineer, or Azure Security Engineer.
- Training or certification in Quantum Computing is highly desirable.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline).
