Key Responsibilities :

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis - Collaboration with Stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them to technical solutions.
  • Loan IQ expertise - Provide Subject Matter expertise on the Loan IQ Platform, including configuration, customizations, day to day user support and integration with other systems.
  • Workflow optimization - Analyze existing loan workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design / developing streamlined processes that enhance accuracy and timeliness.
  • System Implementation and Testing - Partner with operations / finance team to support / test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure loan Operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot and resolve Loan IQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.

Qualification :

Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

  • 5 years of experience as Loan IQ SDK developer.
  • Proficiency in Loan IQ with hands-on experience in system configuration and support.

    • Skills :

  • Strong understanding of Loan lifecycle processes, including syndication, servicing, and reporting.
  • Expertise in business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

    • Tools :

  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting and Excel is big plus. Project Management Software(JIRA) / Agile Methodology.

    • Rate Range - $50-$55
