Job Description :
We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to manage the full scope of multifamily construction projects, ensuring coordination, timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large-scale residential projects, with a focus on multifamily developments. You will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects from inception through completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and safety standards.
- Regularly communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track and meet strategic goals.
- Handle conflict resolution and troubleshooting as issues arise.
