We are seeking a Job Captain with strong experience in office build-outs and tenant improvement (TI) projects to join our team in Culver City, CA . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Revit , and capable of managing project documentation and coordination throughout all design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of design and construction documents for office build-out and TI projects .
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Utilize Revit to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and coordination issues.
