Job description
A growing doors, frames and hardware subcontractor located in Corona, CA is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This is a new position with flexible hours that will report directly to the company Human Resources Manager and will support the current Administration and Accounting Team.
Wants/must-haves: (These are their must-haves)
Minimum 2 years of construction industry administrative or clerical role experience
Proficiency with Sage or similar accounting software
Hands-on experience with AIA billings and contract payment applications
Experience processing and coordinating construction Change Orders
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, data entry/analysis)
Familiarity with general accounting tasks and reconciliations
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support multiple departments
Nice to Haves:
Previous experience working for a Doors, Frames, and Hardware subcontractor
Experience assisting with HR tasks, including onboarding or employee file management
Background in coordinating office management tasks (supplies, maintenance, company events)
Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Sage Accounting Software
