The Role:

We are currently seeking our first full-time Product Designer. Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete end-to-end UX and UI designs in collaboration with Product Management and our Founder.
• Hands on design, editing, and copywriting in Figma, Unbounce, and Customer.io to develop and improve the user experience and drive outcomes.
• User research including identifying user pain points and friction and designing solutions to address those pain points and improve experience. Writing engineering tickets to turn those designs into working software. Participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production
• Brainstorm ads concepts and create them then get feedback on performance that empowers you to iterate and build even more effective ads.
• Design emails and help guide the company as we build our brand and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing on designs in Webflow and Unbounce for landing pages and website design.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 years of experience with product design; experience with graphic design and video production preferred.
• Strong work ethic and can do attitude.
• Expertise with Figma for mobile and web designs and visual design tools
• Mix of creativity and ability to implement evaluating tradeoffs between quality and speed.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivation and a willingness to work with minor supervision.
• A desire to be part of a fast-paced startup with high growth potential.
• Bonus points for computer science or coding background or experience
• Must be eligible to work in the US
