Zearch are pleased to be assisting a high-growth, VC backed SaaS company that are growing at over 100% year on year. We are now seeking a hands on HR Director/Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function, foster a strong culture, and support our clients growing teams needs and also assist with expansion plans.
Who You Are:
- A hands-on HR leader with strong leadership, adaptability, and communication skills.
- Experienced in balancing strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a senior role, ideally in a Series A - C SaaS, AI, API or cyber company
- Certified in CPHR or SHRM, with expertise in employment laws in Canada and the U.S.
- Proven experience working collaboratively with executive teams, demonstrating assertiveness and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions and drive organizational change
- Proficient with HR tools such as Rippling, lever, trello, slack and other HR software.
- Able to work PST hours and travel for company off sites and events.
