On behalf of our client, a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS/Data company with circa $200M ARR, we are seeking a world-class Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and scale global revenue generation efforts. This is a pivotal executive hire tasked with driving aggressive growth through enterprise sales strategy, team leadership, and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate brings a strong pedigree of scaling enterprise SaaS revenues from $100M to $500M , has operated in PE environments, and knows how to build and lead high-performance sales organizations in data or analytics-driven verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Own and drive all aspects of global revenue generation across new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention.
•Build, develop, and lead a high-performance sales organization, including Enterprise Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
•Refine and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
•Partner closely with the CRO, CEO and Board to align revenue initiatives with company objectives and PE growth targets.
•Drive rigor and accountability across pipeline generation, forecasting, quota attainment, and team productivity.
•Attract, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent; implement training and enablement programs to scale team performance.
•Introduce operational excellence across sales processes, systems (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach), and data-driven decision-making.
•Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with C-level buyers, particularly in regulated or data-intensive industries.
Key Qualifications:
•15 years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS or Data/Analytics/Insights companies.
•Proven success scaling sales from ~$100M to $500M in ARR.
•Deep experience selling complex, high-value SaaS solutions into the enterprise.
•Track record of success in PE-backed environments; understands pace, metrics, and growth mandates.
•Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
•Strong understanding of modern sales tech stack and revenue operations.
•Gravitas to work closely with investors, board members, and executive leadership.
