Job Summary:
Responsible for providing product service information to customers including distributors, associates, physicians, nurses and internal personnel regarding product lines.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Product and Brand Managers as necessary.
- Provide phone support and respond to product inquiries from sales associates and hospital personnel for all Highridge Medical products.
- Work with marketing management to maintain the competitive products library, update and maintain product information in Highridge Medical’s data systems, provide meeting planning and support and assist with various projects as needed.
- Lead annual pricing process by driving the project’s timeline, directing individual responsibilities, and inputting/formatting product information.

- Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team, to influence others, and through strong organizational skills, handle increasing levels of responsibility.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of medical device business including the science, products research and commercialization process, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
- Knowledge of orthopedic market, products within assigned group, surgical process, selling process, regulatory process, development process, and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of DCS, JDE, Live Link & Impromptu required.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with marketing emphasis preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Up to 25%
