We are actively seeking an individual to provide assistance to a client both at home and in community settings. The work shifts are subject to change.
Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Immediate Hiring
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $19, commensurate with prior experience in DDD programs.
Availability: Various shifts are available to accommodate your existing schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license (either from New Jersey or another state)
Access to a registered and insured vehicle
Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
Certifications in CPR & First Aid
Responsibilities:
Support residents in their homes, fostering independence and community participation, as well as organizing group recreational activities and outings.
Assist with goal-oriented support and training for each individual.
Safely transport clients to appointments and adhere to best practices for safe driving.
You will be added to our roster if there aren't any available cases.
Exhibit flexibility in work scheduling, including potential modifications to regular shifts.
Help with activities of daily living, including self-care, as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
