ZEBRAINN is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our dynamic team. As a Picker Packer, you will play an integral role in our operations by accurately preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment:

• Pick items from storage shelves based on order details.
• Verify product accuracy and ensure all items meet quality standards.
• Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damage during shipping.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts during the picking and packing process.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Assist in restocking shelves and organizing the warehouse.

Shipping Preparation:

• Label packages with shipping information and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with loading orders onto delivery vehicles when needed.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily deadlines.

Workplace Organization:

• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
