This role is essential in ensuring our products are received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and care.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various warehouse duties including receiving shipments, maintaining inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment based on order specifications.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with returns, restocking, and other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
