GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

1.  The Insurance Agent Assistant Position at Zeco Miami Insurance Agency Offers An Exciting Opportunity To Join A Small, Family-Owned Agency As An Integral Part Of The Team.

2.  As An Insurance Agent Assistant, You Will Support the Agents In Various Administrative Tasks, Including , Preparing Quotes, Communicating with clients, and Maintaining Client Files.

3.  Your Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, And Ability to Provide Excellent Customer Service Will Contribute to The Smooth Operation Of The Agency. This Role Is Ideal for Someone Who Is Detail-Oriented, A Strong Communicator, And Eager To Learn About The Insurance Industry. 

4.  By Assisting The Agents, You Will Play a Vital Role in Helping Zeco Miami Deliver Exceptional Service To Its Clients And Uphold Its Commitment To Protecting What Matters Most.

5.Hybrid Schedule is contingent to business needs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

⁃        As An Insurance Agent Assistant, You Will Support the Agents in Various Administrative Tasks, Including Processing Applications, Preparing Quotes, And Maintaining Client Files. Obtain And Maintain Patient Demographic Information. Etc.


⁃        Handle Incoming Calls, Text, WhatsApp Messages and Inquiries from Clients, Providing Excellent Customer Service and Addressing Their Needs or Directing Them to The Appropriate Agent.


⁃        Schedule Client Appointments, Agent Meetings, And Maintain Calendars for The Insurance Team.


⁃        Assist In Generating Leads and Identifying Potential New Business Opportunities Through Research and Data Analysis.


⁃        Conduct Basic Insurance Policy Reviews for Clients, Identifying Coverage Gaps and Recommending Appropriate Solutions.


⁃        Assist In Organizing and Coordinating Agency Events, Such as Client Appreciation Events or Educational Seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

Education:

-    High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience:

⁃    Familiarity With Insurance Terminology, Policies, And Coverage Options Is A Plus but NOT REQUIRED

-    Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an administrative or support role. NOT REQUIRED

-    Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to clients.

-    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

-    Strong knowledge of administrative and office procedures.

-    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

-    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

-    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
