Responsibilities
MOST IMPORTANT TO BE ACTIVE ON SOCAIL MEDIA; IN TERM IN POSTING AND EDITING.
BASIC PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIEDO EDITING REQUIRED.
BRING IDEAS, AND MARKETING STRATEGY TO INCREASE SALES.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and support processes.
- Assist in resolving complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in sales or a sales-oriented environment is preferred.
