What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator position at Zeeco?

The Parts Coordinator under the direction of the Execution Manager will work with the Project Coordinator and Shipping Coordinator to support on-time delivery of parts on multiple projects. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible filing the shipping documentation, take photos of equipment for each project, & filing of said photos for each project. As part of the Zeeco Projects group, this individual will interface with execution, engineering, purchasing, shipping, sub-contractors, and component suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of parts to vendors.
- File shipping documentation in appropriate network location.
- Verify parts at vendor’s shop via a ship list.
- Take photos of equipment.
- File photos in appropriate network location
Qualifications
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word / Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.Good driving record.
- Class A CDL is required
