What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at Zeektek?
We have a 24 month contract to hire for a Data Analyst located in Indiana with 2-4 years of experience in SQL, Teradata and PowerBI. 100% Remote, but must reside in Indiana. This role is for a major healthcare insurance provider.
Must have requirements:
- Located in Indiana
- 3 years of analytic experience with SQL, Teradata, and POWER BI.
- Reconciliation experience comparing two large data sets to identify reconciling items.
- Validation experience to confirm if outputs are accurate.
- Ability to quickly shift priorities based on business needs.
- Effective communicator who is comfortable giving presentations of findings.

Performance Indicators:
- Accuracy, timeliness, and quantity of data reports.
DISQUALIFIERS:

Responsibilities:
Regular schedule from 9-5pm ET, but flexible on early starts. No expected OT.
Ad-hoc requests coming from IN departments around membership, revenue, and medical.
Recurring State reporting and recurring department requests

This position will have direct interactions with department leaders of different levels. They will becoming the subject matter experts of our IN data and helping to drive results. They will have the ability to make a large impact on our members, especially our Medicaid population. They will also be working with team members who have been on the team for years and will be able to share their experience and knowledge. They will also be able to enhance existing processes and be able to present their findings to leadership.
Salary : $35 - $40
