We have a 1.5 year project with a potential contract to hire for a Marketing Coordinator / Admin role.
Support the Corporate Marketing team with administrative and logistical requests. Assists with specialized administrative support and advanced administrative duties. Processes vendor contracts, purchasing requests, invoices, and coordinates wire transfers, check requests, etc. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. May take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, proofread, research and compile special reports. Help maintain office equipment. Coordinates facility requests, conference room scheduling, and catering requests. Sets up local and offsite meetings. Develops presentations and spreadsheets as needed.
