The Supply Chain Generalist answers inbound support calls, work with customers to define and document incident scope, research and troubleshoot issues to achieve first call resolution or escalate incidents when appropriate. In addition, the Supply Chain Generalist participates in a support on-call rotation facilitating off-hour work functions in support of incidents, upgrades, patches, and project task fulfillment.
Supply Chain Generalist manages tickets and requests. The applicant must have supply chain experience or education, preferably in healthcare. An applicant with IT experience only is not likely to be successful in this role.
Looking for with general healthcare SCM knowledge to mostly do training and support upcoming workday implementation.

Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or purchasing/procurement (buyers) can be very successful in this role. Exp as ERP analyst, logistics tech/coordinator, inventory tech/coordinator, or in materials management, MMIS, ERP may help.
