General Manager
Job Purpose :
Learn and adopt Stand Strong Fencing’s structured management process and complete required training. The role of the General Manager is to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads and referrals. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The focus of the General Manager will be to learn and manage company policies, direct activities towards long term goals and profitability, meet or exceed KPIs for customer service, profitability, revenue, and budgets while proficiently building, developing, and leading a professional team that is successful in completing day to day to our standards. The General Manager should be passionate about client experience, personal and professional growth, and driven to be the best!
