Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Event Manager to oversee and execute catered events from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering, hospitality, or event management and a passion for delivering flawless events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage groups of individuals and delegate tasks efficiently and appropriately.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Manage event timelines, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Liaise with kitchen staff, servers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in Event planning, catering, or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
