Team Interview Video or in-person interview to meet the team and / or business partners from other teams, deep-dive into your experience and capabilities, and provide time for your own questions. If you are interviewing for a technical position, this stage will include a coding challenge where an engineer will walk you through an assessment to complete.4. Decision After the hiring team has spent some time getting to know you, they will meet as a group to make a final decision.
